An eco-friendly deruster and rust converter that doubles as an instant phosphatiser. Available for both dipping and brushing methods, suitable for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium substrates.

How to Use

  1. 1

    Dipping method: Degrease and wash the surface

  2. 2

    Dip articles for 3–5 minutes

  3. 3

    Dry with hot air at 35–40°C

  4. 4

    Film sets at 3–5 microns thickness

  5. 5

    Brushing method: Wash the surface clean

  6. 6

    Brush or spray the solution evenly

  7. 7

    Wait 5–10 minutes for reaction

  8. 8

    Wash off loose rust residue

  9. 9

    Apply a second coat by brushing

  10. 10

    Dry the surface and apply powder coating
